Preventing Disease With Obesity

The risks are high for non-communicable diseases such as heart disease, dabetes and strokes.

There is an online health program that prepares people to maintain a healthy weight with physical activity and healthy eating.

The self-developed plan makes it possible for anyone to achieve a healthy weight without the costs.

Both programs are available online and can therefore be accessed by anyone.
