Belly Fat Versus Fat On Bums & Thighs

If your waist circumference is unhealthy you are most likely carrying excess belly fat.
According to researchers fat on the bum, hips and thighs is better for your health.
Whereas belly fat is a risk factor for cardiovascular disease and diabetes, fat on the hips, bum and thighs may protect against them.

Experts agree though, that it is difficult to carry a flat belly with big hips and thighs.

A BMI is  a good and approved guide for assessing overall weight health.

A Two Drug Combination Appears To Help In Treating Obesity

A combination of two drugs along with exercise and diet appear to be effective in treating obesity.

According to research, the two drugs when combined can help people lose about 5% to 10% of body weight.

The study was a randomized one of 1,742 men and women age 18-65.

The participants had a body mass index ( BMI ) of 27-45, some of them had existing illnesses.

Obesity is a BMI of Over 30.
