Read them and apply learning techniques to rid yourself of them, they are:
  1. Hunger is bad
  2. It's not fair
  3. Some foods are "bad"
  4. I can't not give in to a craving
  5. I don't need to plan my meals and exercise
  6. I deserve to eat when I'm emotional
  7. It's Ok to take a break

If you are thinking of tanning and the sunbed is your choice you may be putttng your health at risk.
The World Health Organization (WHO) is warning people under18 to stay away from tanning beds and alerting others to their health risks.

Most lights used in tanning beds give off ultraviolet radiation which causes skin and eye cancers.

According to researchers  Melonoma, the most diagnosed cancer in women in their 20's may as a result of an increase in the use of tanning beds.
