Keeping track involves keeping records of your diet and physical activity.

You will start with knowing your weight health. For this you need your correct weight and your height.

Obese Children Increased Risk For Hypertension

Obese children
 are at increased risk for hypertension, according to a recent study.

High blood pressure only prepares the child for hypertension as an adult.


Experts are emphasizing the importance of viewing overweight/obese kids differently to ones of normal weight to keep them healthy as children and adults.



The study involved 1,111 healthy school children, mean age 10.2  and living in Indiana, USA.

Here is a collection of weight loss tips that I want to share with you, there are 25 of them.
 
My favourite eight are:
1-Set realistic goals.
 Losing 5-10% of your present body weight is realistic, even the small changes help.

2-Weigh Regularly

3-Get help from family and friends.

4-Move it to lose it.
I developed a list of daily habits to modify a sedentary lifestyle. These habits once adopted will increase your level of activity without utilizing more than 24 hours in a day.
