To control weight gain over the Xmas holidays here are some helpful holiday tips.

Managing hunger by drinking water before meals is an effective way to aid a weight loss diet.
According to a recent study, those who drank 2 glasses of water before meals lost 15 1/2 pounds after 12 weeks while those on a calorie reduce diet only lost 11 pounds.

My favourite eight are: 1-Set realistic goals. Losing 5-10% of your present body weight is realistic, even the small changes help.
2-Weigh Regularly

Exercise is the way to burn calories and build stronger muscles. How much exercise you need depends on how much you eat and your activity level. If you consume 100 calories per day more than you need, 30 minutes of moderate exercise per day could keep the weight off.
